Meet the Leaders
For just over four decades, Mark Todd has focused his career on architecture, planning, and construction. Growing up in small rural towns Mark had no formal exposure to architecture until he went to college. During this time, he began to observe and study Craftsman and Prairie-style homes. He was intrigued at the wood detailing, the human scale, the character each possessed, and the way these simple yet colorful residences facilitated a life of comfort and ease. After working for a few years with a project management company he moved into private practice in 1986 and has been building his custom architecture and design company ever since. He has developed a company with different facets to match the needs of the community around him. Mark W. Todd Architects has grown into a residential, commercial, and interior team. He has also developed a consulting business called VisionBridge that focuses on church and private school growth analysis and planning.

Cal brings over 11 years of project management experience to every engagement, with a proven track record spanning projects of all scales, from focused small renovations to multi-million-dollar developments. With a strong analytical mindset, Cal excels at gathering and interpreting data, then transforming it into clear, actionable insights.
At the heart of Cal's work is a genuine commitment to his clients. He is passionate about building strong collaborative relationships and takes pride in helping clients clearly define and align their needs, goals, vision, and budget from the very start. By establishing that alignment early and maintaining it throughout the process, Cal ensures that every decision made along the way serves the larger mission, delivering a project that not only meets expectations, but exceeds them.

VisionBridge Consulting solves each client’s issues by providing a comprehensive approach backed by our team of experienced professionals. We've worked with nearly 400 clients ranging from churches to schools to nonprofits, providing them with architectural services, security consultations and training, and guidance in developing a capital campaign.
